By accessing or using the PriME – MedCase website, platform and related services (collectively, “Site”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or products.
1.2 Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.
1.3 License & Access
• Limited License. PriME – MedCase (“Company”) grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and order devices for your personal or internal healthcare support purposes.
• Restrictions. You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, decompile, scrape, or build derivative works of the Site or any MedCase software or hardware without prior written consent.
1.4 Intellectual Property
All content, designs, software, trademarks, logos, and hardware schematics are the sole property of the Company or its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the MedCase device and Site as expressly set forth herein.
1.5 User Conduct & Indemnification
You agree not to:

Misuse the Site or MedCase device (e.g. tampering, reverse engineering).

Post unlawful, infringing or offensive content.
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold Company harmless from any third party claims, liabilities, losses or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site/device.
1.6 Payments & Orders
All payments are processed via authorized gateways (e.g., Razorpay) and are subject to their terms and timelines. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon dispatch to the courier.
1.7 Delivery Timeline
Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your location, and logistics partner efficiency. In case of any delays or unexpected issues, our team will promptly update you with the revised delivery schedule.

1.8 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
• As-Is Warranty. MedCase is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Company disclaims all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability or fitness for a medical purpose. MedCase is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
• Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the device in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall Company be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
1.9 Modifications
Company may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use constitutes acceptance. Registered users will receive email notice for material changes.
1.10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The seat of arbitration shall be Bhubaneswar.

Refund Policy
3.1 Scope
Applies to all MedCase device purchases via www.primeforyou.in.
3.2 Order Cancellations
Stage - Before Dispatch
Fee - 5% of order value
Process & Timeline - Cancel via your account or email; refund (net of fee) initiated within 2 business days.

After Dispatch
5% + actual shipping charges
Do not accept the parcel; instruct courier to return to sender. Refund upon receipt and inspection.

3.3 Returns & Replacements
Condition - Defective/Damaged
Window & Proof - Notify within 3 days of delivery (with photo/video)
Fees & Remedies - Notify within 3 days of delivery (with photo/video)

Company bears return shipping. Replacement or full refund within 5 business days after verification.

Sealed, Unopened
Within 7 days of delivery
Customer pays return shipping. Refund of product price (minus 5% cancellation fee) within 3 business days of receipt.

Opened, Non‑Defective
Within 3 days of delivery
Subject to inspection. If resalable, refund minus 10% restocking fee and shipping costs.

3.4 Refund Timeline
Approved refunds processed within 5 business days. Actual crediting depends on your payment provider (1–14 days).
3.5 Exceptions
